Based on this belief, Chin Teng has followed the industry’s leadership and adopted a series of regulatory compliance measures, including establishing a model policy in line with the "Global Responsible Mineral Supply Chain for Conflict-affected and High-risk Areas" issued by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) (Model Supply Chain Policy for a Responsible Global Supply Chain of Mineral from Conflict-Affected and High Risk Areas)" due diligence framework.

 

According to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA, formerly known as the Electronic Industry Citizenship Alliance EICC) and the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI), Chin Teng Corporation is one of the most staunch supporters and is also The "Responsible Minerals Initiative (formerly CFSI, Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative)" developed by an international organization, and through the "Responsible Minerals Assurance Program" provided by the Responsible Minerals Initiative Process, RMAP, formerly known as Conflict-free Smelter Program) and other auxiliary tools and resources to assist our suppliers in purchasing non-conflicting raw materials.

The Chin Teng company requires all suppliers to disclose the list of smelters and mines it cooperates with, and also requires suppliers to comply with the Chin Teng company’s policies for the raw materials used in our products and be approved by specific industrial organizations (such as RMI) Procurement for non-conflict smelters and mines.

 

Chin Teng company further requests raw material of supplier to have to expose the smelting factory which its raw material originates, and guarantees raw material correlation mining behavior non-to employ circumstances of human rights violation and so on the child laborer, bad working conditions.We will fixed time renew to supplier's year investigation, will request its expanded information exposition the scope, so as to will strengthen our responsibility purchase plan continually, will originate the smelting factory including the encouragement raw material to accept the third party investigation plan the examination.

Note: "Conflict-free" raw material means that the raw material comes from a smelter approved by the Responsible Minerals Initiative or other equivalent organizations, or is fully funded in accordance with relevant laws and regulations after reasonable verification and due diligence Those recognized as "not from the Congo conflict free" (DRC conflict free).
